David Ringelman has over 30 years of experience representing clients in business and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and securities matters. He has extensive experience working with buyers and sellers across various industries, including energy, industrial services, mining, and technology. He has represented private equity sponsors, as well as public and private companies, in domestic and cross-border transactions, including in Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, and South America.

In addition to his mergers and acquisitions experience, David has also worked on debt and equity financing, including initial public offerings, public stock and debt offerings, private placements and venture capital financing. He also assists clients in managing and resolving business disputes, including negotiating and documenting settlement agreements.
