Jameson Steffel advises clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial contracting, entity formation, and other general corporate matters. He has worked with clients across an array of industries, including those in the energy, manufacturing, transportation, and software sectors.

Jameson’s practice focuses on middle-market buy- and sell-side transactions involving privately held companies. He has led legal diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions involving both private and public targets and has worked with private equity acquirers and privately held companies selling to strategic, financial, and family buyers.

Prior to joining the firm, Jameson worked as a corporate/M&A associate at a large Midwest-based law firm.
